Pros: Optical Image Stabilization, 3 inch LCD, very compact, good pictures

Cons: Some noise in low light. No shutter speed.

Summary: Panasonic new line up for the 2007 have a lot of choices. One of them its the new FX12 with a 7.2 Megapixel and 3X Opt. Zoom with Optical Image stabilizer. I bought it for my girlfriend in only $169.99 after an instant rebate of $30 in Costco. Very compact and light camera. The battery charger can do a full charge in 2 hours. Its very easy of use. The flash can full a room of 12 x 15. The outdoors pictures are excellent. Indoor pictures are a little noise in automatic. All the pictures that we took are very sharp. Colors are very good. Night pictures are a little yellow cast for my taste. These its a complete point and shoot camera but you will enjoy it. The Canon SD1000 its a good camera but this one its $100 less. I recommend it for anybody.
