"Better quality than its more expensive competitors"
Pros: Great color, sharpness and low noise
Cons: none so far
Summary: Every camera has certain characteristics that a good photographer learns and adjusts/compensates for. Depending on your style of photography this camera can easily be adjusted to meet your particular needs. The person that made the statement that the pictures are too dark and blurred has not bothered to learn how to properly use this camera or is just an inexperienced photographer. I?ve been using Pentax cameras for nearly 30 years and I consider this a robust well built product especially compared to some it more expensive competition. I?ve owned my K110 for almost a year and its performed flawlessly under all types of conditions from below freezing temperatures to humid 100-degree weather.
The K110 produces excellent color, sharpness and has very low noise levels. I?ve used this camera in my studio to take portraits; I?ve also taken action shots at baseball games and horse shows, and landscapes all with superb results. To achieve the full potential of this camera or any other DSLR you need to move beyond the automatic settings. Take the time to learn how to use all the features of this camera and you will produce excellent pictures.
