Summary: Been using this camera for a year now. It's an amazing entry level camera . The body is smaller than most dSLRs so it might be a plus for ladies. At 1.3 lbs, I wouldn't say it's lightweight, but it's the lightest dSLR among Pentax. You'll have to twick the image setting as the default setting has colors a tad off. I've used it with manual focus lens on my old K1000 and results came out good even in low light. It's well worth the price!
