"Horrible camera" on by shawna_braselton
Pros: Lightweight; occasionally I get lucky and get one or two good pictures that I can print
Cons: Settings are hard to figure out; horrible pictures at concerts, horrible video, the stabilizer actually makes the video and pictures more blurry.

"Do not buy this camera" on by Ivvmex
Pros: Sounds great.
Cons: It damage to 45 days of purchase, just take 50 photos on two occasions. The lens stayed out, the screen is black, do not see anything and not be turned off unless you remove the battery. I call customer service at Samsung, attended me very well and said t
Summary: Sounds great, but damage to 45 days of purchase. I turned it on, It does not work. At Best Buy I saw a lady returning the ST 700 Samsung for the same failure. Do not buy this camera, I paid $ 270.00 and I have not been able to use. Now I have to send the camera back and spend $ 10.00 again, and are $ 20.00 + $ 270.00 = $ 290.00 and I have not been able to use, I lost mine graduation photos of my daughters and my wife's lawyer. Samsung, avoid these mistakes that are very bad. I no longer recommend them.

"Complete piece of junk" on by Pablo_N
Pros: -Decent pictures for a cheap camera
-Decent set of point-and-shoot featuresCons: -Build quality is absolute crap.
-Cheap latch for battery and connector cable.Summary: This camera takes alright pictures, but the latches are poorly engineered. Mine got "water" in it somehow, even though I never exposed it to water. I'm assuming the "water" they are speaking of is sweat that entered through the crappy latch for the battery and power cable. Samsung refuses to warranty the camera now. Might as well have flushed my money down the toilet.
