Pros: Great picture quality, easy to use, takes a licking and keeps on ticking

Cons: Eats batteries like none other

Summary: I have had this camera for two years now and I absolutely love it. Great picture quality, east to use, compact... I even had an accident with sand and the lens but it refuses to quit. BUT within hours of opening the box I was surprised to find how fast the batteries went on the camera. I was buying lithium batteries every hour, normal AA's within every 10 minutes! It was quite frustrating to take 5-10 pictures before the camera would beep, shut down, and refuse to turn back on. Luckily I've found Energizer Rechargeables (20mins to charge 4 batteries) last for days, taking well over 300 pictures on a set of two AA rechargeables, plus video.
Besides the battery problem I have no qualms with the camera and absolutely adore it. Goes everywhere with me and takes the best photos -- even compared to some 10mp cameras -- for its price.
If you get this camera, go out and spend the extra to get the energizer rechargeables so you won't be spending more in the long run on batteries.
