"VERY GOOD CAMERA" on by crabogle
Pros: COMPACT, EASY TO USE, GREAT QUALITY
Cons: NONE THAT I HAVE FOUND
Summary: This is a great camera. No confusing dial on top. The menu is easy to operate. Very compact and portable. Will fit in pocket with no problems. Takes great pictures and has lots of different settings for different types of picture taking. Takes good video with impressive sound quality. I like the big viewing screen. I have had no problems with it and and would recommend the Sanyo VPC-T700 to anyone who wants an easy to use camera that gives great quality pictures.

"Decent Little Camera" on by tydanis
Pros: Good camera
Cons: need a steady hand for the clearest shots
Summary: This camera was purchased for my husband to take to Iraq. It survived a year long deployment over there and still going strong. Great pictures and glad we have it as my Kodak died after a drop. Love how small and portable it is....makes it quite convenient to take everywhere!

"This camera is awesome.." on by jblainedoyle
Pros: I wrote my review down there in the summary..
Cons: I wrote my review down there in the summary....
Summary: Bought this camera at walmart about 3 years ago. Used it for at least a year and a half. The only time it was out of commission was when I held it up high to take a picture of my grandpa's cake and him opening his presents and unfortunately there was a ceiling fan. Smacked the camera out of my hand, into the wall. Got it replaced at walmart. I have to say its size is one of the best qualities about it. Easy to use, definitely. Its got a few good features.. which if you mess around with them can definitely be to your advantage. Taking close up pictures, with good quality, as long as you've got it on one of the good settings it'll focus pretty well. Flash works good, as with all digital cameras (unless you buy one for 2000) there's going to be some delay, but you eventually get the feel of it and know when to press the button. I took thousands and thousands of pictures with this camera. The rechargable battery is definitely a good thing, saves a ton of money on replacement batteries. It can take a decent beating, but not ceiling fan-to-wall-to-floor.. that'll kill it. I had a couple friends who had sony cameras, fujifilm, I think, and panasonic. Theirs cost more and have better reputations... but when comparing the pictures, the quality I got compared to theirs.. almost always the pictures I took were much better. I haven't had a camera for about a year, my sanyo was stolen.. I've just now started looking for a new camera, and the first thing I thought of was EBay.. Waiting on the auction to end right now so I can get a new one of these. In comparison to what's out there now, I don't really see why I need 30 megapixels.. heh.. Unless I was planning on making posters.. that's really not necessary, and this camera is better than decent.

"VERY CHEAP Camera, dont buy!" on by unsatisfied411
Pros: I should have known you get what you paid for!! This might as well be a disposable camera! It lasted just as long as one!!!
Cons: It stopped working after only 6 months and that is because we only used it a couple of times. We have 2 other cameras that we take with us every where we go, but this one was small and thought we would try it. Big Mistake!!
Summary: From now on I am staying away from ALL Sanyo products. It is going to cost me more to repair than what I paid for the camera..........Lesson Learned.
