Pros I liked the weight and size

Cons It goes through batteries too fast. I sent it in to Sony with that complaint and they said they adjusted it and sent it back and it was still going through batteries too fast. I sent it back to Buydig.com and bought a Nikon S8100.

Summary poor shutter speed.slow lag time. Very poor battery time.

Pros 10x optical zoom.
iAuto mode.

Cons Slow Shutter.

7x optical zoom

Pros Panaroma photo feature works well, image quality is reasonably good, form factor is nice

Cons Too many menus/settings and you will spend more time finding the right settings than you will taking photos and enjoying the moment, heavy, s-l-o-w in every regard, flash is too bright in many cases and tends to "white out" a lot within 5-ft

Summary Would not buy this camera if I could do it again. Mainly because I spend too much time flipping through the menus to find the settings that I want to change. By that time, the photo op is lost - or my patience!!! Okay camera for the price, but I think I could do better. I didn't research it enough, but rode on the very high satisfaction of the Cybershot DSC W80 that I've had for the past four years. It was still working and had taken 1000's of pictures - I dropped and broke the display - and it actually still works, I just can't see what I'm taking a pic of through the display...anyone got a good DSC W80 they want to trade for a new DSC W370??

Pros Long zoom, easy menus, good panorama feature

Cons battery life is a joke
video quality is horrible-constantly focusing, blurry
although some pic are descent shutter is so slow
