"Fits in tiny spaces so I can always take pics on the go"
Pros: can't be any smaller, as stylish as they get, and it's just got that novel, pretty appeal apple products have.
Cons: Not the greatest quality, but then again, if you're buying for size, you should know that.
Summary: I am a mom who's always on the go. I always always always have a camera on my purse, be it my huge mom-purse, or my tiny going out clutch. Either way, I love having a camera at the ready to take a picture if the opportunity merits it. This way, I've managed to record my baby's first steps, my son's soccer goal, and other important milestone moments. Megapixels are useless unless you're an advertising hotshot or something similar, in which case you wouldn't use this type of cam. For the regular folk, 4 mp will usually do enough for an 8x10 for the living room. This being said, my priorities for this kind of camera where a decent zoom and size. This is the best compromise I could find. Bigger zooms, bigger cams, smaller cams, smaller zooms, so this worked perfectly for me.
Yeah, the pictures are not the greatest, but they are more than ok. For the price, if you're really serious about picture taking, buy an ultrazoom or an entrylevel dslr for a tad more.
I love it. I had it, got it stolen, and am buying another one. Looked into nikon s60 and others and am staying with Sony. The pics I got with my first one were good and the videos were really good, especially the sound.
For other purposes, and higher quality pictures I have a Nikon D90. You can't compare the two, but for what I use this one, it's awesome and I love it. I reccomend it all the way if you are always on the go and take pictures everyday. Who wants to haul a dslr around everyday? I certainly don't need the extra weight in my purse or diaperbag. Which is why for some like me, it's perfect!
