"Small but heav; terrible battery life!"
Pros: *Small size
* Nice LCD - clear and easy to show to friends
* Durable
* Fast start upCons: * Terrible battery life - if you're using flash, 40-50 photos max
Summary: I think I captured the essence of my experience in the pros and cons section above. It is a small, well built camera. It is not a camera you can slip into your dress shirt pocket despite its small size because it is so darn heavy! The slide mechanism works well for saving s pace and Smile Shutter is a cool feature. But the battery life is what kills the camera, along with not being able to charge it from a usb port. Even accounting for the obvious difference in lens quality and SLR shutter speed, the 10MB pix from this camera are *no way near* the 5MB shots from my Nikon D50. Don't expect that high MBs equal great resolution I've had to dump about 30% of my shots from blur alone. If you're looking for anything more than a casual camera for closeups and don't like constant charging, I would look elsewhere.
* No USB connection
* Cannot charge battery in camera - need to use AC charger
* HEAVY! This is the most dense camera I have ever held
* "Steady shot" is a joke
* Fingerprints!
