  • "Great quality, ultra-zoom, and not heavy."

    Pros: Not heavy
20x optical zoom, 20x digital zoom
    Camera modes
    Picture effects
    18MP images and 1080P videos
    Camera modes
    Battery enough for normal usage
    GPS support
    Affordable price
Specific place made to hold when capturing images
    Tripod compatible

Cons: Long time required when using Superior Auto mode
    Aperture not great (f3.2 - f5.8)
    Lag when in Playback
Circle scroll button malfunctions in Playback
Taking videos use up battery quickly
Movie button not that easy to press
    Wifi not that useful

Summary: In summary, the Sony HX30V is a great camera but with a bit of flaws when using it in detail. With a price of $3290HKD (424USD), it is considered quite cheap compared to many other cameras in Hong Kong. Though this camera isn't the best camera with this heavy price, it is indeed quite a good digital camera by Sony.
