"There just isn't anything like it"
Pros: Highly configurable, Out of the box goodies, just plain fun
Cons: Can't see your audio source when browsing widgets
Summary: The Chumby is tough to describe. You don't really "need" one but when you have it you love it. I bought 2 extras for my family and in-laws and pre-configured the Chumby to display photos of my kids. They love it! But now they know they can look at stocks and weather so I have to teach them how to use it.
The bottom line is that the Chumby is truly original.
