"Overall a piece of crap"
Pros: media cards can be used as opposed to the wireless features.
Cons: difficult to set up, tech support was of little help.
Summary: I would definitely think twice about purchasing this product. The unit that I have can only play AVI files. It will shut down at will, and video files are extremely choppy unless wired directly into the router.
