LG Smart TV Upgrader

Pros: easy to use
plays everything accept VTS files

Cons: doesn't play VTS files

Summary: This product plays any format movies accept VTS or dvd. Most importantly is they say it can connect to an iphone. No it cant!!!!
Totally pissed and they won't fix the issue. They made an app to connect iphone to their smart tv's but not to the smart tv upgrader. It's the same damn thing thats built into their tv's. I tried to contact them and they don't care. Unbelievable!!!!!!!

I love your show and would love if you could put this out there. I bought a LG Smart TV Upgrader box (like an Apple TV) and downloaded the LG TV Remote from the app store as instructed by the salesman at the store and on the PDF form you download from their site and it does not work. The app does work with their smart TV's but not the upgrader. This makes not sense because the technologie is the same and the software is the same as well. I called LG and they don't know whats going on except it doesn't work. I have 6 tv's in my house and was holding out for a fix but they don't seem to care. Looks like I will be buying Apple TV's for now and getting them jailbroken. I did put a review on Cnet but its the only one lol. Very surprised and disapointed.
