Pros: It's not an integrated part of a TV so you don't have to throw the baby out with the bathwater when something better comes along, or you tire of Google data mining the when, where, and what of your information and entertainment choices.
Cons: Nielsen ratings box you have to pay for, with limited and otherwise available streaming apps.
Summary: Way too much money for way little for the customer, and way too much potential information the customer is actually paying the world's most powerful corporate data miner to gather for their own profit.
