"Works well"
Pros: easy to set up
Cons: amateurish interface, bad tech support
Summary: Here's an actual response I received from their tech support when I emailed about their upgrade not working:
Hello, Sometimes V 2.4 does not work on some computers . However if V 2.3
works then you should be fine. Some computers like V2.4 and some don't. Do
not know why.
