  Cons: no usb 2. Can't upgrae 20gb drive !

  "Works well but support seems to have ceased"

  Pros: The 40Gb Model has lots of space,I have about 260 CD loaded. Easy to convert CD's to MP3. Easy to manipulate data using the Jockey Software

  Cons: Support appears to have stopped. There have been no updates since May 2003 and the PD website shows no units available to purchase? Sometimes suffers software crash but no major problems
