"For Netflix it's OK. For any other programming, beware"

Cons: Would not run for more 5-20 minutes without freezing in "download" mode.
Summary: Despite several attempts to diagnose the problem with emails and an hour on the phone checking all the usual stuff (ISP, Download Speeds, Software Versions, etc), this thing does not work. The selection of channels is dismal and even when you get one, it will "freeze" and you are out of luck. I guess it's great for Netflix, but apart from that, it's just a useless box hooked up to your television screen.
