"WARNNING!!!!! Not a good product.....see why below?"
Pros: works fine while it last (based on using it aprox. 3 hours a day)
Cons: Not working 4 month after warranty. Roku support in India and they are not a nice group. Can not answer questions about product only want to sell warranty for 19.95 or another machine.Support told me they were having problems with the Roku player

"Might be great someday, but not now - Don't buy, wait!"
Pros: Fairly easy setup, good user interface, reasonable price.
Cons: Very little content on Netflix. Amazon still doesn't work yet. Tech support is terrible. Picture quality and sound are comparable to 1990's standard def, stereo TV with rabbit ears.

"Costs $50 to $60 to install above advertised costs"
Pros: We thought it sounded great, but extremely disappointed.
Cons: Roku fails to inform that if your cable modem box has only one port you need to purchase another one. Add this cost to cost of 2 ethernet cables and it exceeds $50. Misleading advertising gives Netflix bad name. Even with return out $30 shipping.
