Pros: A bit of a challenge to set up, if you have a question during set up you're out of luck. Customer Service is in India
Cons: The set up procedure requires an input that I couldn't locate. Customer Service could not help me. I was told to email the company and they would reply. Very bad customer service.
Summary: In ordering the unit, the sales rep told me that FedEx delivered on Saturday for 2nd Day Shipping. I ordered it on Thursday, the unit should have been there Saturday as their rep said. The unit arrived on Tuesday. The company will not refund me the difference between 2nd Day Shipping and Regular. Help during setup in non-existant. The setup procedure requires an input of a number that is supposed to come from your computer modem. Good Luck! With all of the challenges with the shipping and setup, I sent the unit back. Went with another brand. Also, 3 of my friends knew what I went through and ended up going with different brands. Roku, in me, has a person that will tell everyone how bad they are.
