    i just went to the vizio site and bought one today and i thought it would be shipped but after i looked at the confirmation page it said it was a preorder and that the release was 10.1 which im guessing is October 1st. this makes more sense because you cant buy it except from the vizio site at least for now. i dont have an excuse for their customer service. they probably just have bad customer service.
