"Still a Rent vs Buy decision"
Pros: All of the Above. Great User Interface, fast, good quality.
Cons: Of the last 10 NetFlix we rented we would have had to buy rather then rent 7 of them.

"Support is the worst I have seen"
Pros: nice remote control
Cons: customer service or support

Cons: no HD, very pricey considering alternatives, sound is horrible
