Summary it took a lot of effort just to get the software loaded on my pc, and then it couldn't find the device, so the software just closes. There was no way to troubleshoot any of it...frustrating

Cons Well, I can't get the software to load. I can't get the computer to see the device. And, as an after thought, I realize my MIL will have to give it to me to charge the battery because she does not have a computer. What a pain.
