Poor picture quality and customer service
Pros: Looks nice and the mp3 feature was fun to use especially with guests or in the office.
Cons: The picture quality was terrible. It looked fairly pixelated and the picture was always blurry.
Review:
I was really disapointed to find that the picture quality was so terrible; really blurry and the screen wavered almost like a computer screen where the screen refresh rate is not set properly. Our photos looked fine on other screens and printed out nicely too so it was definitely the screen. After only a very short period of use some diagonal lines appeared that waved back and forth and since there are not many screen adjustment options we could not get these lines to disappear.I tried to contact EDGE about this and they won't do anything if the purchase is more than 30 days old. Problem was it took a week to ship and then we were out of state for two weeks. The 30 days was up before we even used it. The EDGE customer service is useless. There was also a rebate but to get the rebate it had to be postmarked within 15 days of purchase. That included shipping time as well. Overall I was sorely disappointed in the poor quality of this product. EDGE customer service was useless as they obviously don't care about customer satisfaction. If you are going to purchase this frame I would recommend purchasing it from a store that allows returns for longer than 30 days, not directly from EDGE.
