Cons Short life, shorter warranty.

Summary This frame lasted less than a year. It was the second one I had purchased (first one was 7") and I didn't learn my lesson. The first one lasted a bit more than a year, and I spent way too much money for it to only last that long, and way, way too much on the second one. The picture was good, but I'm sure there are better quality products out there for a lot less money. Please don't waste your money on these frames.

Pros The picture seems just beautiful.

Cons Freezes up on first picture, menus and setup won't come up. Windows XP won't recognize it, the SD card doesn't show all the photos

Summary I have never had a firmware be so bug ridden and useless. If I put an SD card in with 800 photos it shows that there are only 140 in it. Doesn't matter though because the thing locks up on the first photo, no menus or keys work again unless you remove the SD card.

If you plug it into an XP computer it says PC Connection Established, however XP doesn't assign a drive letter, it simply says USB Device cannot function. If I unplug it I hear the ding but the device won't work.

Don't expect tech support, they don't even acknowledge the thing exists on the website, that model number is not in the list even though it is sold all over the Internet.

I am forced to return it to the store tomorrow and pick a different frame.

Summary For the money the picture frame is great. I was having a problem with it and decided to call tech support.. When someone picked up, I was surprised to hear moaning! I realized that the phone number I called was to a XXX adult phone line! I hung up thinking I dialed the number incorrectly, but no I dialed three times and every time it was an adult site! Totally unprofessional and down right stupid. I dont know what kind of company this is or if this is someone's idea of a joke, but it is just outrageous. I returned the frame the next day. If the company doesn't know how to type in a simple 800 number in a manual, then I dont want any complex electronics built by them!
