    "very poor quality control and customer service"

    Pros: nice frame, if it works

    Cons: died after 3 months; warranty replacement was DOA

    Summary: They did agree to replace it, even though 2 days past 90 day warranty. It took 3 months for replacement to arrive (after a call to the warranty department that cannot check status, but "call back in a week if it still doesn't come"). The replacement is totally dead.
