"tollfree number goes to adult phone service"
Pros: cheap price, works ok
Cons: feels flimsy, no tech support
Summary: For the money the picture frame is great. I was having a problem with it and decided to call tech support.. When someone picked up, I was surprised to hear moaning! I realized that the phone number I called was to a XXX adult phone line! I hung up thinking I dialed the number incorrectly, but no I dialed three times and every time it was an adult site! Totally unprofessional and down right stupid. I dont know what kind of company this is or if this is someone's idea of a joke, but it is just outrageous. I returned the frame the next day. If the company doesn't know how to type in a simple 800 number in a manual, then I dont want any complex electronics built by them!
