I have been trying to get a Pandigital Digital Photo Frame to work for several days now - quite unsuccessfully. I understand that you may sell this product and I would like to inform you that, based on my experience, this product is a piece of junk. In my experience the product doesn't work; the documentation supplied with it is full of errors and omissions; and the technical support provided is ineffective and totally useless. Based on my personal experience I would advise anyone/everyone to stay very far away from the Pandigital Digital Photo Frame product. It is a piece of junk based on my experience.

Pros Worked fine for 9 months. Easy to use. Then poof! Screen goes black and software stops working. And now there is no way to retrieve all the photos I had painstakingly loaded.

Pros Good Picture when it works
Cons Fails easily, no support, customer service is worthless
Summary Customer Service told me that I should just buy new ones to replace the 2 of 4 - so far - that no longer work after a little over 2 years. They said it was only going to cost $60 each to replace them but it is actually $100 each. I asked if I should give them another $200 for a product they do not support and they hung up on me.

Pros I have the 10.5" model. It is a nice frame, worked great until....
Cons The power cord failed. It was still under warranty so after several phone calls, emails, etc to Pandigital, I was told I would have a new cord in a week. It has now been 6 mos and my frame stis dead on the wall. They say they don't have any.
Summary I have once again contacted them and have gotten the same bs reply. I said either take on out a a new box, or send me a new frame. Don't think I will be buying any more products from them!

Pros Fun while it lasted...3 hours.
Cons The first frame I got was totally cracked. Took it back and got a new frame. I downloaded pictures, turned it on for about 3 hours last night. When I went to turn it on again today, it flat out doesn't work. Tech Support said Take it back to Costco.
Summary Product sucks. 2 bad experiences with 2 different frames within 24 hours. Lousy product, terrible tech support. Support...what support? I got none.
