    Pros: Fun while it lasted...3 hours.

    Cons: The first frame I got was totally cracked. Took it back and got a new frame. I downloaded pictures, turned it on for about 3 hours last night. When I went to turn it on again today, it flat out doesn't work. Tech Support said Take it back to Costco.

    Summary: Product sucks. 2 bad experiences with 2 different frames within 24 hours. Lousy product, terrible tech support. Support...what support? I got none.
