"Terrible product, Worse Customer Service"

Cons: Frame won't keep the time and date after power-down.
Summary: Purchsed the 7" model in Dec '08 for a present. Shortly after loading images and setting the time/date, I noticed that after power-down (leaving it plugged in), the time would default to 12am and date to 2000. Pandigital sent me a new frame, but it has the same problem. I called them for help, and they told me that the warranty has expired (I just received the replacement on 3/18/09 so how could ths be?) and they also disconnect me when I call. Lousy, lousy, lousy.
