"this frame is fine but the power cord goes bad"
Pros: great picture, easy to use, many options for input, attractive frame...
Cons: power cord that goes bad - they send one to replace it but now my second cord just died - what a pain but I'll call and get a replacement before I have to buy a new frame
Summary: Nice product - terrible power cord, but they know about it and will make it right by sending you a replacement for free.
