"Complete garbage"
Pros: The picture seems just beautiful.
Cons: Freezes up on first picture, menus and setup won't come up. Windows XP won't recognize it, the SD card doesn't show all the photos
Summary: I have never had a firmware be so bug ridden and useless. If I put an SD card in with 800 photos it shows that there are only 140 in it. Doesn't matter though because the thing locks up on the first photo, no menus or keys work again unless you remove the SD card.
If you plug it into an XP computer it says PC Connection Established, however XP doesn't assign a drive letter, it simply says USB Device cannot function. If I unplug it I hear the ding but the device won't work.
Don't expect tech support, they don't even acknowledge the thing exists on the website, that model number is not in the list even though it is sold all over the Internet.
I am forced to return it to the store tomorrow and pick a different frame.
