Cons Won't allow more uploading of photos, despite my using less than 7% of 1GB capacity. Unit defective.
Company won't replace under warranty, because my brother, who gave me the unit as a gift, bought it more than 3 months before my birthday.Summary I received a defective unit (lemon). Company is NOT interested in supporting customers. At website, one can write to Customer Service, but there is no indication that the message has been sent or received. There is only 1 toll-free # listed. One gets put on hold for a long time, several times. I finally reached someone, and was told to submit a warranty claim or appeal. The latter was rejected.

Summary AGREE with last reviewer, just because you can't figure out how to use it, doesn't mean you should give it a poor rating. Reading the manual is always a good idea.
I have gotten edited photos to view on my frame many times. Depending on the media that you are using (usb/thumb drive, sd/camera card, pc) you may need to empty the trash on your computer in order to get the edited images to show on the frame, especially if the media you are using had original photos on it and then you edited them! Remember, these memory devices store deleted data so until you empty the trash on your computer and the device, it may not show the edited photos.

Summary just because you do not know how to use a product you should not give it a poor rating..I own several of these. You can upload your photos to a memory card or just put photos on a memory stick and send either to your parents and they will love you even more than they did when you first gave them the frame. the quality is wonderful on the frames that dont automatically compress pictures just reduce the file size to use the internal memory or just play them off memory stick or camera memory card..geez so simple and soo cool

Cons frame arm too short
Summary This frame does what it is supposed to do. Shows pictures. For the price (under $100), you get what you pay for. I have never used the Audio. The slide show effects are subtle - nothing to get excited over. The frame arm is too short and have to prop it up to see screen unless you are looking down on it.
This frame does it's job mechanically.
