Great display but remote doesn't work
Pros: Display on this product is amazing. Looks like an actual photo sitting in the frame.
Cons: Could not get remote to work. Even replaced battery with no luck. Customer service line is constantly busy and instructions are very short and not very thorough.
Review:
I did get ahold of customer service via email that I found on their official website, and they did contact me via email in a reasonable amount of time. They said they would FedEx me a new remote, so we will see what happens. I would be totally satisfied with this product if the remote worked. Alot of your features can not be used with out the remote, so I have not thoroughly tested this product, but from what I can see, it seems like it was worth the money.

Good size pity can't take USB drive
Pros: LCD Size, value for money
Cons: Wood frame, no USB support
Review:
Would have liked to see USB port for direct display of photos from a thumb drive.
May have been nicer with an acrylic black or white frame like this one:
