LCD Size, value for money
Wood frame, no USB support
Would have liked to see USB port for direct display of photos from a thumb drive.
May have been nicer with an acrylic black or white frame like this one:

Overall a decent photo frame for the money.
Display on this product is amazing. Looks like an actual photo sitting in the frame.
Could not get remote to work. Even replaced battery with no luck. Customer service line is constantly busy and instructions are very short and not very thorough.
I did get ahold of customer service via email that I found on their official website, and they did contact me via email in a reasonable amount of time. They said they would FedEx me a new remote, so we will see what happens. I would be totally satisfied with this product if the remote worked. Alot of your features can not be used with out the remote, so I have not thoroughly tested this product, but from what I can see, it seems like it was worth the money.
