"Royal PF80 Digital Frame is Pathetic"
Pros: none--it's truly a pitiful product
Cons: poor quality defective products--terrible service from Royal
Summary: My wife and I received two of these frames as wedding gifts off the bridal registry at Target. We opened them after we returned from honeymoon, and both were defective. One will not display photos at all--only a gray screen. One displayed photos, but everything was distorted. Target would not let us exchange them because it was past the 2-week mark and we didn't have a receipt. The fact that it was a gift from our wedding registry was not considered. Equally poor, Royal customer support gave us the warranty address and hung up on us when we tried to ask questions. Maybe we'll get the situation resolved, but it's not looking good. I think we're stuck with $300 worth of Royal garbage. Avoid Royal products if at all possible, and avoid purchasing electronics at Target!
