"Nice frame, but had both software and hardware glitches"
Pros: An attractive cherry frame with white matt;
Nice viewable size close to an 8x10
Remote is helpful, though not sure how durable
Had a number of viewing options onboard;
Both internal and expandable memory to 2 gigs;
Plays pics, video and audioCons: Software had problems installing on two different computers;
Expandable memory reader worked intermittently;
Manual/Tech writing, both in hard copy and online, was minimal;
No audio output;
No jump drive input slot;
