Pros: In theory, it is easy and intuitive to use.

Cons: In practice, it simply does not work! I suspect it is grossly underpowered, and, as a result, it freezes constantly!

Summary: I am not a complainer. Typically, it doesn't take much to satisfy me. quite frankly, had this product even been moderately satisfactory, I probably would have written a glowing review. But let me explain:

My wife and I recently got married. We bought this product as a gift for her parents. Our intention was to add our wedding photos to the frame so that her parents could display them in their house.

I put a memory card full of photos into the slot, and was informed there was an error. At that point, the frame just froze. So I turned the thing off, and then turned it back on, and re-inserted the memory card. This time (with much patience on my part), it finally recognized the card. Two of photos on the card were transferred to the frame before the frame froze again. None of the buttons worked, and nothing was happening for a long period of time. So, again, I turned it off and turned it back on again. After trying 8 times to add photos to the frame and watching as the frame froze each time, I finally gave up.

If I want to view the TWO photos that were actually added to the frame, the screen quality is adequate but nothing exceptional. But if I try to add any photos, the whole thing just freezes.

I can't believe such a product was even put on the market! It is pure junk!
