Pros: none nothing is good about this product
Cons: frame channel is a ***** to use tech support sucks touch screen buttons do not work well or at all some times odd issues with it making and playing files that it does not support
Summary: Do not buy it ever. I have 2 want one!!

Pros: Picture Quality (when it works) is nice.
Cons: Buggy - no firmware update after many months...abandoned product?
Summary: Really wanted to like this product, as the feature set (WiFi, Picasa, etc.) seemed promising. Got the WiFi to work, but when accessing a Picasa album it selects/shows just a small subset of the album to which it's pointed. *Maybe* this is a Google issue, but good luck finding any info (e.g. FAQ's, etc.) from Toshiba. Also have yet to see a firmware update for this product. Based on the feature set, this was going to be the "grandparent gift" product, but it just doesn't work well enough.

Pros: Sharp modern design. Photos are crisp and clear
Cons: Hook up with the Frame Channel. Faulty firmware won't show the activation code. Little to no help from Toshiba's support site.
Summary: At this price, try the Kodak Digital Display units. Much more user friendly....
