"Bad picture, slow menu, USB doesn't work properly"

Summary: This picture frame is not worth the trouble. I bought this in mid-June 2008 from Best Buy. The pictures very grainy and the menu is very slow. But the worst problem is that it locks up when using my USB flash drive. I called Westinghouse and they said that there is a problem with the "hand-shaking" with Sandisk flash drives. I'm going to test with other flash drives, but I bought a 4GB one just for this purpose! They told me to use a memory stick or memory stick pro...which I don't have and don't have any other use for! Not to mention that I just can't plug it into anyone's computer, cuz I would need a memory card reader! Do NOT but this frame, it's too much of a head ache! By the way, this is the second one we got cuz the first one wouldn't communicate with our computer!
