Summary: "This product was a gift for me. After about 6 months of use(7 months after purchase). My pictures changed colors and some are hard to see. I have tried everything to fix this problem. I have deleted and re-uploaded the pictures. I used two different methods for downloading pictures. Both methods had the same result. Customer service is no help beacuase it is out of warranty. The warranty is 6months long. I tried calling Westinghouse for trouble shooting. They were no help. I have done every suggestion they had. They told me that since it was out of warranty there was nothing they could do. They didn't have any other suggstions on how to fix the problem. When I asked if they have had any complaints such as this before they said no. However this untrue, because I have read the reivews from this site and other and find that others have expreienced the poor quality in the picutre, not working after warranty runs out, and poor customer service. I explained this to the woman I spoke with and she told me that anyone could write a negative review or some of the same comments. When I told her I also read the positives she told me the same thing that anyone could write reviews. So obviously they don't care about customer satifaction at Westinghouse. I would recommend going with another brand other than Westinghouse for your digital frame needs."
I would not recommend this prodcut. I have reviews on Amazon.com and Bestbuy.com about this product as well.
