"Revolutionized TV for our family."
Pros: Auto commercial skip!!! TV guide 10 day grid, movie list, quiet operation, 12hr grid advance with one button, pause, etc.
Cons: Only standard def TV, no HD. High cost of required subscription, small hard drive, only one tuner.

"Awesome! It will change how you watch TV"
Pros: Easy to install and use. Awesome features. My favorite is the networking and commercial advance.
Cons: Never needed customer support so I have no experience with them. I have no cans for this product.

"Thanks, but I'll take a TiVo"
Pros: Nice video quality, 30 second skip is cool (it automatically stops after commercial . . . usually), lots of inputs and outputs to accomadate almost any setup.
Cons: One word FREEZING! This DVR may look pretty, but the constant rebooting was annoying and made it not worth the trouble of using it. I followed all the "fixes" the tech support gave including buying a $100 video booster. Nothing helped. Traded it in and go
