Cons: This unit has problem record a series of episodes correctly. Sometimes, it records an episode from a different channel.
Summary: I called Dan #256357, DTV supervisor from Oregan, who said that this is a know software problem. But, not all DVR experiencing the same problem. They will not replace my DVR even though I purchased the Protection Plan.
