"Beware of this DVR system"
Pros: The picture and replaying is very good.
Cons: The software keeps crashing. The recordings get erased, its been 3 months of hell!
Summary: My 921 keeps crashing, causing me to loose the live TV and recordings. The remote control locks up and the timer is off causing programs to record wrong. The onscreen guide is worthless to use. Sometimes my recordings just stop recording in the middle of the program. I have rebooted my system so many times that I can quailify as one of their advance techs. Talking to their supervisors will get you an admission that the software is having problems, and they cant do anything about it. I wish they would have told me about all the problems before I invested all the money into this system. I am on my 3rd 921 and Im still having problems. My advice is to ask a lot of questions before you spend your hard earned money on this DVR.
I will say that when this DVR works its a great system.

Going on my second unit in four months. Still not working. Go to play a DVR and it will freeze. Get ready to spend hours on hold, be rerouted to the specially trained unit to wait 24 to 48 hours for a reply from the super special unit! Oh yeah!!! When it works it's great. But that won't be for long! Your remanufacture unit that won't work is on it's way to you via UPS Secound Day air toss'em delivery service. Don't buy!
