Being the parent company of DIRECTV means they've been around since the beginning of the commercial satellite business and are satellite experts. Their products are always well engineered and rank among the highest in customer satisfaction. The Series2 DIRECTV DSR has the same great "TV-controlling & customization" features as past models - plus some great new additions.
