Pros: Easy to Use, Easy Setup, Portable Device Settings, Ability to Record ANY Video Source

Cons: Requires Flash Storage, Records Only in Real-Time

Summary: Ive had this product since last Christmas and it's great! The reason I bought it was I had a PSP and used it for multimedia more than anything. This thing is great for recording DVDs and TV right on to my PSP memory stick, or I can import it into iTunes and sync it to my iPod video!

CNET said that it won't record Macrovision-protected video, and I have NO IDEA how they came up with that. It doesn't need to break copy protection because the DVD or VCR thats playing the video into the device does that already!

CNET also didn't mention how this device can play your video files off your memory stick! Its a great feature and supports MP4, ASF, AVI and DiVX up to D1 resolution. That is one of my favorite features because I can throw a video podcast or any other video on my Memory Stick Duo and play it on my TV.

I also noticed CNET said that you need an adapter to use a Memory Stick Duo with the Recorder 2, this is a totally false claim and I use my MS Duo all the time for it. It plugs in to the bottom slot on the Recorder 2.

The bottom line is that this is a great product and the only thing I really mind is that you need to have flash storage to record on to, other than that its great and Id totally recommend it to anyone!
