"Great Interface - Disappointing hardware"
Pros: Improvements over the first generation DVR by means of more features and better storage capacity.
Cons: Limited tech support. At times, the software hangs and unexpectedly pauses - processor seems overburdened at times. Remote control offers less features and conveniences that first generation version.
