Pros: When it does manage to work properly, it usually produces a recording of reasonably good quality. Roku GUI works OK, except for menu items marked as 'Beta.' No video displayed during FF & RW, which makes navigating recording more difficult.

Cons: Unstable recording scheduling; pgms selected may or may not be recorded, as it "self-clears" any episode it happens to feel like doing. Google browser freezes up when scheduling recordings, requiring reload. Unit locks up and pwr plug must be pulled.

Summary: I submitted multiple detailed tech. sup. requests and Community User comments for which no replies have been rec'd for over a month now. Tech. sup. is farce!

I purchased >$4K of electronics products in 2012 & this is by far the worst customer experience I've had!! This co. does not deserve to be in business and is selling a product that simply does not work at all as advertised. They treat customers like they are optional and seem to mostly ignore owner tech. sup. requests and user feedback.
