This could possible be the worst product Tivo has ever built and there customer support on it is atrocious. Freezes all the time and Tivo's Customer Support reponse to the issue is "Oh that's been fixed in a future software release you'll get some day." Which day that is they don't know. They also won't send you a replacement unit because the issue "has been resolved." Resolved in the sense that you have to live with the problem till they magically push you the update some day. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. I have an older Tivo unit that works great and never needs a reboot. They've went completely down hill with this product.
