Summary: I was lucky, and picked up a floor model TiVO2 80GB for $229 (retails for $399). The setup took a few hours, because it would have to call in and download software updates, then reboot, then download more updates. I really like the TiVO Live TV Guide much better than the AT&T (Comcast) slow guide. The TiVO remote changes channel a little slower than my cable box, but the intuitive guide makes up for it. Make sure you have the IR sensor lined up right with the IR eye on your cable box, because it will sometimes miss a number in the channel change if you don't have the IR sensors lined. The season pass is great, especially the option to record "first run" shows only, and to ignore reruns. TiVO!
