"SUB-STANDARD DESIGN & QUALITY"
Pros: I Have Found Zero Pros
Cons: Picture/remote/controls/constr uction/support
Summary: Call it a INSIGNIA (a Best Buy brand) but what we found after much research was that it appears to be a Sylvania.
This is a budget set but no matter what one believes one will save, this set offers near zero quality, construction, ease of use and customer support.
Probably the worst-ever picture when print or characters are displayed possible. A remote that has no codes known (even customer service at Insignia didn't know) in case you want to use a Universal Remote.
Keep your older analog TV for a superior picture or remember a Sony is a Sony is a Sony and picture quality is acheived best with products from Sony, Panasonic, Hitachi, etc.

The only thing I want to interject with is that the television is actually made by Orion, not Sylvania. The two are closely related, but not the same entity.
